With Your Help
We’re Helping Build a Workforce of Skilled Professionals

Technology Integration
Construction training programs get free access, in-person setup and support for Procore, the largest construction management software program in the United States. Teachers are even paid to get Procore Certified.

Safety Training
High school, college students, and their educators can attend free OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 courses taught in-person by high-level safety trainers.

Scholarships
Team Leading Edge has allocated $20,000 over the course of two years for selected students to use toward an Associate’s Degree or certificate program in the construction industry or trades.
Setting Students Up for Success with Access to Current Technology, Building Methods
The opportunity to gain proficiency and certifications in nationally recognized construction management software prior to obtaining employment gives my students a leg up in the industry. With a quality education under their belts and access to tools typically only available for those who have already climbed the job ladder, students will succeed in their future careers in a way they never imagined. I am deeply grateful for the opportunities, attentiveness and ongoing support offered by Team Leading Edge.

Turning Today’s Construction Students into Tomorrow’s Professionals
Construction offers students a promising career in a growing field. They deserve these opportunities and should be encouraged to pursue training in construction and the trades.
Yet, construction education instructors are juggling multiple responsibilities and tight budgets. It’s tough to keep up with new technology and building trends.
It’s why our work is so vital. We’re giving programs the resources they need to equip students – your future employees – with the skills they need to step right into the workforce.
This is More Than Work, It’s a Mission
The construction industry needs a half a million workers to keep up with current demand.
More than 1 in 5 construction professionals is 55 or older.
Our industry is at a crossroads. Experienced workers are retiring, and too few young people are pursuing careers in construction or the trades.
We must help a new generation see that good, high-paying jobs are a reality for students trained in construction and trades.
With your support, we can provide critical resources to construction education programs around the Southeast. Ready to be part of something big?
We believe construction needs skilled professionals, not just bodies on site.
Together, we’re building a workforce of real pros who are ready to elevate the industry.
