Zach Fields has spent nearly two decades in the construction industry, blessed with the opportunity to see all facets of our industry – from toting shingles to managing huge commercial projects. He believes construction can provide a pathway to success and help people create a deeply rewarding career and fulfilling life. As a veteran, Zach’s dedication to service continues by helping the next generation realize their full potential using construction as a pathway.

Tanya Ledford

Tanya Ledford, a North Carolina native, holds a Bachelor of Arts in English language and literacy with a minor in history from North Carolina State University and maintains active teaching licenses in the state. After a 22-year teaching career, she transitioned to the nonprofit sector, where she has served in leadership roles such as education coordinator, director of operations, and director of development. Specializing in grant writing and nonprofit consulting, Tanya founded The Grant Guides, a mission-driven organization specializing in helping nonprofits grow and thrive through strategic budgeting and diversified funding streams.
