For students to have access to high-paying jobs after graduation, they need to be proficient in the latest technology and trained in OSHA best practices. Yet, we know many high school and college construction programs don’t have the resources they need to help students get the most out of a construction career.

Our Programs Prepare Students for Successful Careers in Construction
Today, buildings are built with the integration of technical skills and technology, while keeping worker safety in the forefront. Certifications and advanced training give students a competitive advantage as they enter the workforce.
Procore Software Integration
This program helps high schools and community colleges successfully adopt and implement Procore Construction Software into their curriculum. With access to this widely used software, students will be better prepared for successful careers in construction.
We partner with schools on software implementation and paid certifications. By providing customized resources such as construction drawings, safety documents, and action plans, educators enhance their students’ learning experience without adding extra courses.
OSHA Training
Access high-quality, hands-on construction safety education through a partnership with a leading construction safety company. Using OSHA Authorized Outreach Trainers — construction professionals actively working in the industry — this program ensures educators and students receive up-to-date, practical, and industry-relevant safety training.
At training completion, participants receive an OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Card. These cards are recognized throughout the industry and required to progress in the construction space. Our current program includes four OSHA 10 classes comprising 10 students each and two OSHA 30 classes of 10 students each.
Student Scholarships
Our student scholarships support high school, post-secondary, and adult learning students interested in pursuing careers in the construction industry. We provide financial assistance to help cover the cost of certifications and education. The program awards three certificates (up to $2,000 per certificate) and one Associate’s Degree Scholarship (total of $4,000) to eligible students.
These scholarships cover various fields within construction and construction technology, aiming to reduce financial barriers and support the development of the next generation of skilled construction professionals.
Teacher Sponsorship – Groundbreak Conference
Construction educators are immersed in the latest innovations in the construction industry at the Groundbreak Conference, an annual event for construction professionals hosted by Procore.
Through this sponsorship, we cover all expenses (flight, lodging, conference tickets, and meals). Teachers get to engage directly with top industry leaders, companies, and emerging technologies. They come back to their classrooms with a deeper understanding of the industry’s evolving landscape and valuable insights to share with their students.
